lx3 cleaning

anyone send it back to pany for cleaning ? any idea how much? just came back from euro trip...thought of sending in for cleaning.....still under warranty dunno got free service or not....hehee....i know some people will just say its just a digicam....not even SLR....so unlikely dust will ever get in blah blah blah :P

Just wanna ensure this camera will last me for awhile

If I were you, I'll just clean the exterior of the camera body with a damp cloth & give a few blow on the lens using the dust blower. That is what I did when I got back from Hokkaido during winter season in Feb 09 with my LX3. Going around shooting under light snow fall dropping on to the camera and still working fine.
