mine no problem, all 3 telco fighting for customers in my work place, we have special rate, and most importantly, we call directly to their sale manager.
the truth is ... all 3 providers are not much different
like some have said, it's down to choosing the best of the 3 evils. some have good things of each telco, and some have bad. past personal experience plays a part.
for me singtel's customer service sucked big time. i was pissed off that they could not resolve my billing issues for 3 months. the last straw was when the customer service officer hung up the phone on me. since then i have moved all my accounts out of singtel to m1 and starhub and have never been happier.
of late though i also experienced what the TS mentioned. long call wait to starhub customer service. not sure why cos just last month i got thru without any problems. anyway in the end i popped down to their tampines mall outlet and settled the problem.
the last time i recontract with SNBB, they wanted to give me free Mio for 6 months. i said no thank you. glad i didn't accept it.
i subscribed but never use.
only got the MIO because they sold the powerline ethernet adaptor for $50 LOL
