This round no ext flash was fire. Only the camera build-in flash, set to 2nd curture and a silver reflector.

This round I use the camera build-in flash. set to AV mode and flash set at 2nd curtain syn. I am not as good as you, bro Mousedeer or bro F_Enzo in using ext-flash. I was train to shot photography using nature Sun light during my young day when playing with slide films. Very different to start all over again. But anywhere I still want to try using my Ring Flash again. I will use my old way for the first few shots then ture to flash setting.
