Hi all
My cheapo tripod bag comes with a fixed nylon sling without any cushioning and I'm looking to add a shoulder pad for comfort. Any ideas where I can find cheap ones? Thanks for any help!

OP at SLS. I just got a 3rd party brand one recently for my Tamrac sling bag. Got it for 5 bucks.

i dont think crumpler's pad is that comfy at all..
u can go to sport connection for some shoulder pad at less then $10 or BHG for the tatonka brand, 9.90 or eaglecreek... sometime come with 20% discount |

I saw those over the weekend. A little too long for my tripod bag's sling.
Picked up the 3rd party ones from OP, as recommended by mercuryaw above. $5 and serves my purpose. Thanks!

anyone has suggestions for cheap and good bag straps?
don't really want those neoprene types (op-tech, matin) as they bounce too much. there used to be an eagle creek one that was recommended but i think it's unavailable now. |

[quote]last time i used DOMKE sponge/rubber shoulder pad. it is thick and one side and thin and the other, so very comfortable to use. but after 1-2yrs, it starts to "melt"./QUOTE]It doesnt actually melt...It's just the glue which starts to come off.No problems so far...
