Default May 2009: Pentaxians Nature Reserve Photo Thread!

It was a very enjoyable (but sweaty ) outing. The day started well with nik34 delivering our bright red tees...Again, a big thanks from all of us.
Thankfully the weather was kind to us as well

Alright Pentaxians, let's see what you shot!

Thanks Noel for the start up. It's a very fun outing indeed.

I put the two group shots here on this first post, hope you don't mind

This is before the trip started. We got the biggest ever Pentax outing today Total of 29 people showed up:

After about 1 hours sweating, 24 of us reached the summit (sorry Ben, you were late ...):

I was focusing on the water droplets. But was surprised to see the spider when I cropped the pic.

I knew the trip wasn't gonna be easy, so I only brought one lens and one camera today: FA31+K20D. Here are some leaves and plants I took along the way:

Wow, what a great turnout today!
This outing must really be called the great Pentax workout. My legs were dying...
Was not so productive in shutter count department today, so just a few shots...

Fern Bokeh....

I realized, after looking at the thumbnail in Explorer, that you can actually visualize a face in the bokeh!

After my last climb of BT Hill in my teens during school field trip, things have changed.
Especially my breath...
Yesterday was my first attempt at Macro with Ring Flash.
Here are more pics.

"The Making of" fengwei's mokey shots with the F*300 Must say it's really sleek for a 300mm
