Default CCK 16 May 2009

Had another great trip at CCK with CSers led by Jerome. Some shots (not all macros) here.
#1: A tree full of Baya Weavers nests

Like I told you, I do minimal post-processing. My target is to spend <2 min PP for each photo. Ex0rzist's 'one-shot-one-kill' is my inspiration.

oh.. i think i like to go see the weaver nests already.. EF 70-300 IS can get a good view or not?

I am using Four-Thirds 50-200mm, which works out to 400mm for Two-Thirds. Even that is not enough for me. You'll have to consult the birding experts in the other forum thread already.

You are right. Just read in wikipedia that female wolf spiders carry their own egg sacs and lug around their young after they hatch.

Some very nice shots.
Look like this place is full of Bidens pilosa (that daisy-like white flowers) and critters.

Thanks for the info. Saw your very well-captured shots of insects on Bidens pilosa. The whites on the petals are easy hot spots.
