Default Photoshop element, Lightroom or Aperture?

Which one to get for standard touch up of photos? Adobe has been confusing me with so many almost similar products. Actually, what are the diffirences among thse 3 softwares?

Aperture is not from Adobe, AFAIK. For "standard touch up" you might want to look at Lightroom. It follows a common workflow of Import / Organize - Develop - Output. Output can be Web / Slideshow, Print or file. For additional pixel editing one can always 'sidestep' to Photoshop and back.
Btw: question has been discussed, search the forum for "Lightroom"...
