G lens don't have aperture rings
so how are you going to shoot on FM bodies? ![]() |

G lenses will only work properly on the following Nikon bodies which have the main command dial to operate the aperture settings and the appropriate contacts between the body abd the lens to work in "P" mode:
F55 F65 F75 F80 F100 F5 D100 D1, D1H & D1x D2H None of the manual bodies will work properly with the G lenses. |
