Default Lowepro Inverse 100 AW

Has anybody used this bag?
Is it big enough for a DSLR; 1 x 250 Lens; 1 x flash and a water bottle?
Is it comfortable and does it strain the waist?
Is the thick lumber belt too warm for SEA climate?
Please share your experience and thoughts?

used this beltpack a while back. was using it with my 450D+kit and would pop a flash and/or my 50mm. the side mesh pocket fits a normal 500ml water bottle just nice. and the other mesh to put other stuffs, there's a front portion where you can put small stuffs too.

i think for the "heat" thing, its really your call again, for me i really dislike the "heat" and "sweat" on my back, thus i chose a beltpack. i rather that way then my back. it was comfortable as when i'm not shooting etc, i'll keep the belt harness in and use it as a sling bag. but when i shoot, i use the belt, take out my eq, and swing it to my back. fast, easy access in my opinion.

on caution, i sold it soon after as my gears expanded. its not too big but unless you're getting or going for more eq or heavier stuffs, this pack works well!
