Technically, the land surrounding the KTM train tracks are Malaysian soil, the KTM train station at TP & so is the compound of the Malaysian High Comm :P

i thought it infers that the photographer needs to be residing in malaysia for them to be eligible for the contest?

i've checked with the organisers, you don't have to be malaysian or be residing in malaysia to be eligible.
