Notes to take when proposing Dive Trips

Please, the only one i can think of is to title the thread as say,

"Year - Month - Day - Divesite"

e.g.
"2003-12-25 Manado"
or
"2004-02-29 Tioman"

which means to say the dates all has to be in a 4 digit/2 digit/2 digit labelling system. the reason why i propose this is because Auntie Beivied has posted a "Bali Trip" with no date, so i wouldn't know if this is postdive or predive...

so let's systemize up a little, and get things pinned down early, ya?

of course, you are more than welcome to mention that bikinis, swim trunks, BCD, weights etc would be nice to lug around...
