Default Second visit to my butterfly ground.

Following the previous visit on 3rd May, went there again on Sunday.
Same weather, same flower, but more crowds.

Awesome! Great selective focus. The last one of the bug is my favourite.

it's a desolate garden 30 meters long/wide, down the Mount Faber, there are staircases at the sharpest bend of the Mnt Faber Loop. Few people go there.

Do you have a better map of the location? Can't tell where is the location? Where is the nearest bus stop?

the easiest i have is from google map. if u go to Mount Faber then you will have no difficulty finding it. There are three roads on the hill, 1 up/down (east side), 2nd up (north) only and third (south) goes down only. If you find the third road, then you see the big bend there.

for this particular species, the lesser grass blue can be found almost anywhere. take a closer look at the roadside flowers and u can see these wee beauties fluttering around.

My guess on what Log1t3ch is trying to say is, that beauty is just right under our noses. Anyways, i believe that these flowers are quite common and grow wild across Singapore. And the grass blue species can be often found fluttering around the flowers.

Anyways, nice take on the butterflies! it is quite hard to photograph these tiny jewels
