Hi guys,
Do you have any pictures from this lens on d700 to share? I’m interested to invest a UWA lens but can’t afford the Nikon 17-35mm. How does it compare to nikon 18-35mm. Thanks |

There're a few older threads with same title ... no worries, same result as this. Not much luck in older threads with same question asked ... either no-one's using or no-one's sharing info.
![]() With shortage of the said lens in the B&S during my 'hunting' time, I ended up getting the Tokina 20-35 f2.8 to be paired with my D700. So far, no complaints as yet ... not much shooting time other than 1st 2 days getting the lens. ![]() |

i have the tamron 17-35, in my opinion it is quite sharp wide open, for the price i gotten it around 300, guess its a steal. never tried the nikon 17-35 or the 18-35. only complain is the vignetting when using a cpl... try google for sample images, there are quite a few reviews as well. but nothing beats trying out the lens yourself.
