    Default Beautiful Koh Samui

Some photos of this beautiful island to share. Good place to go for a short get-away.
Actually went there in 2001, but didn't scan in the films until now.

I am not good at giving constructive comments. But the set is beautiful. Most important of all, after seeing the photos, it makes me feel like going. If that is your objectives, then you have definitely make it.

The place is a pretty relaxing and lomantic place, and from what I know, is not as commercialised as places like Bali or Phuket. And there is this Tamarind Spa place where you can enjoy the steam bath, the icy cool pool and get massaged, all amidst a very natural setting.

But the weather was very hot ah , and somehow all the foreigners simply loved the sun so much. For those into diving, I'm sure the islands around Koh Samui would be a great place to dive, just look at those waters!

Gee... Thanks for the compliments! The place is beautiful to start with, if not may not have gotten such wonderful picture liao.
Got nice and beautiful place must share mah.

If I remember correctly, I spent about $500+ per person, including airfares, 4 nights' accomodation and 4 days suzuki jeep rental. Airfare a bit ex because there was only 1 airline that flies to Koh Samui, not sure about now.

Yah... I guess it's quite reasonable. Jeep rental was abt S$40/day, but they disabled the 4-wheel drive and Low range, only 2WD in High. Resort accomodation abt $70-$80/night.

IMO, not much to do if you go with kids. It's more for couples and those who loves the great outdoors and just want to go there and relax. There are go-kart and elephant rides, but not much otherwise. Lots of seafood and food places all over the island.

The Tamarind Retreat is also a great relaxing experience.
