The dive guide alerted us to this occcurance during my penultimate dive in Anilao.

oh wow.

Did the lizard fish manage to swallow its prey? What fish is he trying to eat? looks like some sort of juv filefish/leatherjacket?

It's actually a baby frogfish.
We didn't see the conclusion to this.
