Default PC capture software for Nikon DSLR

Free PC capture software for Nikon DSLR, DCamCapture.

Functions:
Copies images during shooting
Start Image capture
Timer to capture image sequences
LiveView with image capture and video recording (MJPEG in AVI file) function
Writing IPTC data in Bibble 4 files (*.bib)
Battery charge state
Application window always on top option

Supported Cameras:
D40, D40x, D60, D80, D90
D200, D300, D700
D3, D3x


As for Mac, Nikon Control Beta 3.

Hmm...so can record video when connected? But need to have a laptop connected and shoot at the same time, not very practical though.

Bernd replied, "no free Nikon SDK available for D2 series.".

So answer is a sad "no".

now... if only someone can come up with the freeware version of NX2.... hehe...

Just downloaded it. Will give it a try. You know the list is similar to the Phase One Capture list... no D2 series. Is it cos of that SDK thing?

It works fine! And it has an interval timer too for time lapse and the like.

can anyone tell me how do i set to have another copy of photos into my CF card?
cos it goes straight to my laptop but not on my card..
