It's 28-85mm (manual zoom) flash with LCD info display and intelligent controls. The hotshoe module is (I believe) for Canon film cameras and allows for slow sync. I used it on my FZ30 as a non-dedicated using it's auto sensing and manual (Full,1/2,1/4,1/8,1/16) features so I'm not very sure about it's TTL capability. The flash is in good working condition but has some light scratches on the display.
