Photoshop CS has been available here for quite some time already in full, upgrade and academic versions. Check them out at the usual computer shops at Funan and Sim Lim Sq.

Don't think you can download CS from Adobe site. As mentioned by tomcat, you can try Funan or Sim Lim Sq.

But why would anybody want to download when it's the same price whether you get the download or the box set. The box-set comes with PS CS on CD-rom, manual and an additional video training CD-rom.

Guess not everyone live in SG and have the convenience of go to store and buy... you have the option to download first and get the media in the snail mail later.

I believe there are some stock art in the retail box set that are not available in the download and educational version. Then again, some dun even bother with stock art.

Note, you need to activate the software (just like MS Windows XP) so downloading it still requires purchase.

And btw, the RAW support is great

There is no extra stock art that I know of in any of the box sets. The content of all the box sets are actually the same except that the upgrade version will look for evidence of the existence of previous version of Photoshop before allowing the installation of the giftware.

But for local buyers of the upgrade version, there is a little known bonus. They are entitled to redeem for an 'exclusive Adobe Mini FM-Radio' which also has a calendar feature that could keep the users updated on their appointments and deadlines, by faxing in their proof of purchase and completed product registration card.
