Yes, just about everything we were seeing around our favourite spots were juvenile and very difficult to spot amid the substrate.

I love that it's a really up close and steady shot; which is difficult considering it could just flip away somewhere.

What's the colourful stuff between the eyes? Nudi? Dirt? Just noticed the teeny weeny shrimp on the back of the fish too.

I think they are worm casts.
I hadn't noticed the shrimp until you said
