Newbie needs Lens recommendation for motorsports.
Hello everyone, I'm currently using a 500D , what would be a suitable lens for zooming into the subject for motorsports; circuit racing from far ? I am sometimes situated as far as 100 metres.
I need a lens that would allow me to zoom in upclose on the subject. I intend to rent the lens to tryout for a few shoots first. Last edited by tootoo; 4th May 2009 at 06:35 PM. |

Try renting the 100-400. Excellent and versatile lens for this kind of application.
