Hot Light and Digital photography
I've got some questions with regards to hot lights and digital photography. Hope you guys could help me out here...
Ok, for film, if you use a (tungsten) hot light, to correct/compensate for the color, you'll either need to:
1. use a skylight gel filter in front of the bulb
2. or use a 80A lens filter
My question now is: For digital photography, do you need to do the same, since there is a CUSTOM White Balance function...
Can I just do a White Balance and forget about either of the filtering techniques listed above??
thanks for your assistance!
