Hello everyone. My first time shooting this event. Lots of people. Didnt know the sequence of the event. Thought that the models will pose one by one at the 2 stages.... but pity not. Anyway, here are some of my takes. Enjoy.

Beautifully executed! Must be a powerful telephoto lens you have used. Great shots.

Really well done, given they are 'racing up and down' the stage and don't necessarily wait for you to take your shot. And surely your position wasn't reserved for you either, so you had to fight for your space. Way to go.

Bro,fashion taking is not so easy as just grab and shoot, compo gotto be correct and fashion most important is the subject ,gotto to show from top to bottom if can even the heels. As most photog now days shoot as wat they call fashion is only mainly gals shootings, like portrait lookalike kinda shots. The detail of the subject, colourbalance, front and back, heels tat match, bags and accessories tat combined to it,tats call fashion.Correct me if i'm wrong!!!!my 2 cents

and Orchard Road being as crowded and worst the catwalk is along the thoroughfare where there's a sea of people milling around the catwalk it's commendable that some of the photogs managed to get good shots albeit what you mentioned as 'portrait' lookalike shots. In this scenario it's quite difficult to compose but if it's held indoor am sure most pictures will be real fashion shots as you call it.
