Can anybody enlighten me what is Shadow Adjustment Technology?
What is its purpose and the difference it makes.
Thank you

It's also known as Auto Gradation. It helps to improve DR, similar to dynamic range optimization from other brands. What it does is try to preserve shadow detail and at the same time, try to prevent highlight clipping. But you'll get more noise even at low ISOs.
