Here is a download link for the G1/14-45 camera profile (zip archive).
It should go in the following directory for use in either Lightroom or ACR:
1. User Library>Application Support>Adobe>CameraRAW>CameraProfiles
or
2. Documents and Settings\**windowsID**\Application Data\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles
