Bought on Apr 2008 (with receipt). unfilled warranty thus there is 1year warranty, yes warranty is still valid with ms colour chopped, warranty does not require receipt anyway... and condition of the cam is very good. Had kept in dry box, no scratch on camera or lens and never dropped before. Selling because thinking of upgrading to a DSLR.
