    Default An interesting article: DC->DSLR->SLR

    Stumpled onto an interesting article while looking for a lense review. It talks about an amateur from a DC to DSLR then to SLR.

    Interesting story and pictures. Most pictures come with explanation, aperture and shuttle speed.

    Although the article depicts certain brand, but I think it's still an interesting read for users of the alternative brand.

    The link is here.

    Somewhat similar to my history (s602 to S2 to fm10), except I'm more a newbie whose trying to learn. Found manual slrs forces u to think more than auto ones (at least in my case), and in the process u begin to look at things which u previously took from granted differently. Actually, i would be happiest with a small Nikon manual focus camera with a digital back (the S2 gets too cumbersome to carry out at times and does not meter with mf lens) and after mulling through options, i realized it is possible......300D with nikon lens adaptor .
