Colored FG and Black & White BG

hello guys... just want to know if the 450D can make a colored Foreground and a black & white Background? If can... Can please help me how to do the settings... Thanks.

Not aware any of the DSLR can do that. I believe most of those pict you see are Post process using Photoshop or some other photo edit software. I do know that Canon IXUS actually has a 'my color' mode, which actually selectively filter out only certain color, which create similar effect, but not entirely. Don't think 450D has that.

It's not done in the camera.
