It belong to the official White House photographer I believe....he was doing an official shoot for Obama just after he became President...read about this some time back.

The way he holds the 5D2, he is going to hit the DOF button every time he try to take picture. Hope he makes a complain about this, perhaps Canon might decide to make a design change to make the DOF button shorter so that it will not get accidentally pressed.
