Does anyone know where I can get something like that? It seems to help mount cameras with long lenses a lot stabler.

Use the lens tripod ring for longer lenses.

If you are using 70-200/80-200 F2.8 lenses you should use the collar provided.

Use a bigger QR plate or long plate too will help.
