LPR ... i know it's been photographed so many times, and possibly at this angle a million times ... My very 1st trip there (for a singaporean!!) and didn't have time to look around for other possible angles.
The sun going down just behind the clouds? Happen to chance upon this over the weekend. Really welcome all constructive feedback and comments !! ![]() #1 before the sun went totally hiding behind ![]() Tried a different WB. #2 sun behind clouds totally and possibly below the horizon ... ![]() I think was AWB.

Yes - LPR is Lower Pierce Reservoir. Fantastic place for sunset.

very nice and abstract, love the sky you have there, the gradual tones really make these work.

Thank you! If you are there, you'll enjoy the calmness of the picturesque reservoir.
Would there be anything that I should be looking out for in terms of composition?

i understand why you did that, the clouds are really too beautiful to exclude on the left, so maybe you can move right, and then correct the possible resultant horizontal perspective distortion in post process, or use liquify tool. that way, you can keep the clouds, and still have the pavillion less to the side. ![]() |

![]() Liquify? Hmm ... need to research liao. Noted on going to the right to keep the clouds + pavillion closer in to the left. Thank you!! I also like this 1 cos' its different from the regular blue/orange colors of sunset.
