After doing some urbex, first was ISTANA WOODNEUK, second was OLD CHANGI HOSPITAL, we went for another one recently.

Mitre Hotel, an abandon hotel in the heart of the city.

(maybe not shooting the mails etc...)
Since the place is no longer licensed to operate as a hotel and it is still in private ownership, shooting there without permission is already a form of tresspassing.

there was no warning signage of tresspassing from the main entrance leading to the hotel in the first place. and yup, i tought of the letters thingy with his name on it, but his name has been appeared all over the news print and internet over the legal tussle few years ago, so i guess it is ok since he was already well-known. thanks for your opinion.

I think we should really ease up on this trespassing thing, why take it so seriously when no harm is intended? If kena caught just say sorry and walk away lor.

I enjoy seeing photos of abandoned buildings, got eerie feel. Were you able to go inside the hotel? I can see that the gates are locked. Any broken windows? I remember your series on Old Changi Hospital has a 'darker' feel cause of the interior shoots.
