thanks man, now got a better idea about these lenses @ ebay
btw, have you seen any resources that mention which lenses can be mounted onto which body? I'm keen to find out if lenses like the Jupiter 8, 3 or 61ld can be mounted on a Bessa R.... |

These are L39 (Leica Threat Mount).
Compatible but not with Leica Bayonet. There are still quite abit of Russian lens, if free see can find more info. You guys can share if you found any good site ![]() |

Errm..so all russian lenses are LTM? Or are there some LSM ones (Leica screw mt)? Really confusing with two types of leica mounts and think they are not interchangeable rite? Any adapters out there for this kinda thing?

You can buy LTM lenses and use the M bayonet adaptors to use these lenses on the M-series Leicas or compatibles like Bessa R2, Konica Hexar RF, etc. |
