if personal use, why not try the following:
- Wireless trigger
- Shoot thru umbrella
- Umbrella adaptor
- Reflector with stand
- Mahjong paper as backdrop
If you already have a flashgun, I'm sure this setup wouldn't cost you more than $250.
beyond 200mm, i don't think there's any zooms out there that can match primes
