Try to use a time when you are alone with the model (whatever or whoever that is ) |

As long as you are shooting your own model, whether public or private. Go ask anyone staying a condo or landed property. If not shoot on a weekday morning. Tanjong rhu?

technically, if you are shooting at a swimming pool, whether is private or public, you need to seek permission from property management for approval.
AFAIK, public pool are not allow to take photos. as for swimming pool in private condos, even residents are not allow take photos without permission, unless you are using PnS to take some snap shots of your girl friend, wife or kids, and as long no other residents compliant against you. another alternative is check in a hotel with swimming pool, basically you are fine, as long you don't bring out tripod, reflectors, or ten twenty photog shooting one XMM etc, and also don't have any other guests compliant against you. |
