tilt shift lens

I like taking buildings and structures, but find wide angle causes too much distortion. I would like to get a tilt shift lens for this, but has got no idea beside canon, which other third party lens are avialable, the focal length and their price?? Would appreciate some pointers.

AFAIK only Canon has this lens. Nikon has one with shift (no tilt). The Canon one (24mm) is around $1.9k-$2.4k locally. Price variantion is high because almost no one stocks the lens. i've never even seen the 45m and 90mm version locally.

The other option is to go 100% software correction using Panatools, a photoshop plugin. Resolution takes a hit, of course.
