Default Changi Jetty

Hi all..
trying out my Night Photography skills with my S5 Pro.
I hoped to improve on my shooting. Please advice me how I can improve on my pictures. Thanks!

I have no idea why my picture turns out bluish..

Didn't bring my tripod, so camera resting on the floor...

So far it is acceptable. Night Photography was meant not only for night for also low light photography. Just keep the chit-chatting aside. Thanks.
