Guys, is photography allowed for concert event?
I am going to Stefanie Sun concert, and not sure whether I could bring my camera in a not.
Audio and video recording is not allowed, what about photography?
I am stuck in an expensive hobby, but yet not willing to save myself
If get pass, good and can snap away.
If cannot get pass, they will keep everything onto the cabinet and it's chuck together with other people's bags and stuff including food, drinks etc.
I will never bring my DSLR to a concert unless I'm given the pass to shoot.
Usually, if you are being eyed by the staffs due to excessive snappings, one of them will come to you and give 1 to 2 warnings before asking you to stop shooting throughout the rest of the concert, or you will be asked to leave without any other reasoning needed, since the organiser reserved the rights to how they want the game to be played.
Usually, I take my Lumix TZ3 PnS with me and I can easily snap away on several occasions, not all the while.
I have been to several concerts like F.I.R., Andy Lau, Emil Chua and only F.I.R.'s concert was stricter with cameras where many concert go'ers have been given warnings. Luckily my gf and I were only there to enjoy the concert and not snapping away. At Andy Lau's concert, every bag was screened for outside food and drinks, cameras not really an issue. Emil Chua's concert was the best, no screening and you can snap away easily, as long as it is not excessive snappings.
One last try to see if I can nail the problem. When you open the RAW image, do you adjust color settings in Adobe RAW then use "Open image" button to open up the image to allow adobe convert it to JPEG or you close the RAW image without saving and try opening it again as a new image.
I used to have this problem when I try to open the image for adjustment in Adobe RAW and did not save nor use the "Open Image" button to do a direct conversion to JPEG. The next moment when I try to open the image for conversion, all the colors were not quite the same.
