    Angry Serious Microdrive Problems!

I brought my microdrive on my D60 to Aquarama and shot over 300 shots. The shots could be viewed on the LCD, but when I brought them home to transfer, I get an I/O error. Now when I try to view them on my camera again, it says 'corrupted data'.
Many times before when I try to format or erase all images on it, I get ERROR 99. There are no clicking sounds at all.

The warranty is over already, is there nothing I can do with the card besides trash it?

Try using a card reader and see if you can transfer the images. If not, run scandisk on it and see if the errors can be fixed.

I don't have a card reader unfortunately, but I tried to transfer using my pocket PC to no avail. How do I run scandisk on an MD?

Get a USB2.0 card reader. Transfers much faster than the USB1.1 in D60/10D.
