Happened to drive pass Toa Payoh about a month ago and noticed an old playground with the dragon head with sand. A classic playground of the 80s It's opposite of TPY Safra, PIE exit, Lorong 6 Blk 29

    Hi Ray,

I passed by this playground today. It's still there and open to public access. Very deserted. But you'll have to watch your angles because of safety hoardings around certain parts of walkways in the BG. If you're shooting long and wide open with the dragon as the BG, it should be fine.
