So I understand what you are up against.

It was not worth trying to take short cuts around things and hope to get by, we just had to spend the money and do it right.

As a thought, can you piggy back on an existing buisness

Such as you use their setup when they are not using it.

As for example. A business that operates from 4 pm to 11 pm and you use their facilities from 8am till 3:30pm.

    Or something along those lines

    Just a thought,

    Cheers
    Food business is too hard.

Photography is easier. No one will be killed by using a bad photo.

But someone will be killed by contaminated food.

Food is easier. No one gets shot serving food.

But someone can sue your ass for taking a photo of them.

Sorry, I just had to do that.

Yes it is hard, but not that hard. It is great work if you have a good product in a good place.

Contaminated food is easy to do, but easier to not do if you set up a few rules in how you approach what you do and stick to it.

We had a great time making good meals and having people come back often.

There is GOOD money in food. Our only problem was that we worked an other job during the day, came home, then went and opened up the restaurant till 11pm.

THAT was too hard work. We just had to give away the idea.

But it was good to have happy customers that came back and bought friends with them.

Oh well, to some it is hard and to some it is fun.

I can cook you a good Mexican meal, but suck at taking a photo of it

    Cheers
Time, is an effortless construction :)
