To view it as a speciality tofu or just another normal chinese tofu no difference from unicurd and fortune.
But from what i see, u seemed like u wanna make your selling point "home-made tofu". Hence, u should be going into the speciality food catergory.
That will really depend on the taste and quality already. Let's assume they taste really good and smooth, and really different from those mass production kind like fortune & unicurd, I think u can set up shop in town area. And of course, u can then charge a premium.
From my point of view, really good tofus can only be found in certain restuarants locally. And I do not mind paying a premium for really good tofu(of course not everyday).
Or else, set up shop at places like holland V and bukit timah. Where there is a higher concentration of people whom have the financial ability to appreciate the finer things in life. Erm, I'm unfortunately not one of those living there.... But i do appreciate good tofu to a very large extent...
As for shopname, u will have to confirm what's your selling point first before u can brainstorm on it. U won't want the tofu shop to have a name totally irrelavent to the product u are selling...
