    Default Regarding Pricing

If I had a job to design and create posters for a certain company, I would have to shoot as well as to come out with the design, tagline, etc for the poster.

What kind of charges would be deemed as the industry standard?

Also, if I'm producing an television commercial for the company, what kind of charges would be the industry standard? (inclusive of video editing, filming, etc).

    Thanks to all.

Perhaps you can try searching website of the Professional/Commercial Photographers of America. Down here, everyone is having their mouth zipped.

Go ask professionals for the price to have a brief idea.

Your question is way to broad and generic to provide you with any meaningful answer.

    Just think - TV commercial
    - how long?
    - how produced? Studio in Singapore? On location in New York?
    - actors? Famous? Amateurs?
    - CGI? or just plain film?
    - costumes, stage, props,
    - music, sound, ...
    - etc.

This could go from 1k to 100+k USD, and the sky is the limit

If you check out the site of 4AS, you'll see a list of rates they recommend that their members charge.

There's some info about video in the Moving Pictures section:

A wrong quote means a painful lesson.
