I am not sure if this post is in the right forum.... apologies in advance ...

Is it possible to mount (non-digital) OM SLR lenses to micro4/3 like the G1 ?

How ?

I haven't tried it (since I don't own a m43 camera), but one would assume you first need the converter that restores the lens distance back to FourThirds length (and allows you to use FourThirds lenses on the G1), and then add an OM adapter to that...that just seems the logical way.

Simple way would be to.....

(m4/3-->4/3) adaptor + (4/3-->OM) adaptor + OM Lens.

Both these adaptors are available. This combination should set the OM lens at the correct distance for it to be used on m4/3....I've not tried it myself though...

I think 3rd party OM to 4/3 adapter @ tagotech 39S$ only, but 4/3 to m4/3 adapter rather hard to find
