Compact flash for Leica M7

Hi all,

I'm intending to purchase a small compact flash to work with a Leica M7. Are there any 3rd party flash units that will work to produce balanced flash output with the M7? I'm thinking of something along the lines of the Sunpak RD3000. Conversely, I've a Contax TLA200 from my Contax G camera set. Will that work?
