Hi
I just took some long explosure yesterday night i found out some issue. after a long explosure of 30sec the shutter goes back and the preview of image on the LCD only appear after long time, in this case is about 30sec++ i try on 2min, or 3min it will take even long time to show the image preview is that normal in 40d?

Yes it does. What the camera does is it repeats the exposure with the shutter closed to find hotspots and hot pixels, and then maps them over the photo you took. It then checks to see if these hot spots/pixels match up and will correct accordingly.
