Does anyone know where to get this len in Taipei? Is it cheaper to get oversea than in Singapore? Btw, I was told Canon mount was out of stock in Singapore. Have check with MS, TK as well as OP....

Just to update... Found a shop in Taipei (E-What), near to Ling Shan MRT. They are selling Tammy 18-270 at NT19000. Abt S$883. Cheaper than what I was quote in Singapore....

around the same as sg bah.... i juz got mine from MS.... S$930 with local warranty and free $50 shopping voucher (last time was $100)....

btw shawngoh76, does ur barrel slide back if u extend it 90% fully and hold it with lens facing up without supporting it with ur hand ie. is it dat loose?

yes, the slide back is normal, it happen to mine as well. It also slide down when u point down your camera.

got my from HK for HK$4150 = about S$780
