430EX II flash question

Hi i just bought a flash and the head of the flash can move abit. Is there any problem or is it normal?

Are you talking about loose here? If you pressed the side button, it should allow you to bend forward. By the way, you should check your equipment before leaving the shop. Please do so next time.
