    Save it as a new jpeg image with slightly more compression
    Repeat 600 times

    Lolz, photos posted that are wrong focus, wrong white balance, noisy or lack of details all can use this excuse

    What's the point?
    Don't use Jpeg?
    Millions of people worldwide do.

    Any one who knows he will be resaving a file many times will have cow sense to do so using lossless format.

    Since 1993 got lossless Jpeg.
