Hi all studio owners.

Looking to share studio space / workspace with studio owners. I am currently a freelance photographer.

i am looking for work space for 2 people and a nice area to meet clients.

i do not mind if studio is located in geylang / little india / serangoon / tanjong pagar / amoy street / tiong bahru / outram park / haji lane / mohd sultan etc etc.....

as long its around / near town. i think would be nice. hoping to hear some input. best if near MRT or transportation is easy. or walking distance from mrt.

personally... to be frank. i prefer little india or bugis area. not sure if theres anyone there.

haji lane and mohd sultan or south beach road...

update:

i am still looking for people who wish to share workspaces with me and team/partner.

so far, we have walked around numerous places, and more or less know whats available or whats viable for us.

We have a photo & video studios, table space for work, room for meeting, over 2,000 pcs of costumes, wigs, prop etc, talent.

We are looking for for photographer to partner up. Part-timer is fine.

And all those who are interested, please let me know. currently we did come with some "finalised" areas, which are interesting, if we can come to a common understanding and all, we may take up the space~

and of course we hope it would be at least a 2yr lease kind of thing, so we are hoping for people who can together "sustain" the place for 2yrs.

Small updates.

while we have visited most of your lovely spaces, and really, they are just simply lovely and stunning. Me and my partners really love the spaces you guys have, and admire the efforts you guys put in.

We need abit more time to see more lovely spaces before deciding which one we can afford and eventually take up.

We have also arranged some viewings tommorow, and definately we would have time to see more units if you can let us in.

and by the way. we play musical instruments too. (sometimes) so in the night, some nights i mean, we may be abit "noisy" to what some people call us. even if we played sentimental songs too.

yesterday we visited all your lovely studios. and i must say. personally for me. i love them all. got me all fired up and confused who i can go to.

those who were there to receive us, i really appreciate your effort and time spent explaining to us about the estate and the perks and etc....

it will take us a while to decide, when all of them can offer the same target range, and offers and amenities that we are looking for.

i am hoping now to not rush into making a decision that will affect me for the next 2 years. so i am going to sit down with my partners and all to discuss yeah.

meanwhile, i am keeping my options open. so if there are people out there who have extra space for us, and can take us in, we are most willing to visit you and yeah.

in short, we are looking for a base to operate from, meet clients, and of course a place for us to hang out and play music. so we are looking at a place to work, plus a place to install living room, aand if possible a seperate room for music appreciation. of course the living room and the music room can be combined. but yeah. more or less i wanna be open with what i wanna do with the space too...

have a nice week ahead yeah !
