Wireless remote for Lumix G1

I want to obtain a UHF Wireless Remote for my Lumix G1. The Lumix DMC-GIK Instructions (page 132) describes only Panasonic's optional DMW-RSL1 Remote Shutter which is a wired type and warns against using any other! The G1 remote socket accepts a 3.5mm plug with three (3) insulating rings. I already have a Hahnel Pro Remote Control for my Nikon N700 and Olympus E-20, but they do not offer an adapter lead for the G1. Has any other Lumix G1 owner any knowledge of or experience with a wireless remote for the G1?

Not at the moment... I have heard a company in Guangzhou is going to roll out something in the next few months... they are looking at the G1 sales before rolling it out. Rumourmill has it that they are the OEM factory. Source : DC Mag HK.
